This policy explains how refunds are handled for Big Nate's Decision Maker purchases.
Native App-Store Purchases
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are handled by Apple or Google. Refund requests for those purchases must be submitted through the applicable store process and are subject to that store's policies.
Web Purchases
Web purchases, when available, may be handled through Stripe. Refund eligibility for web purchases depends on the offer, purchase type, account status, and usage.
Lifetime Unlock
The planned native launch model is 3 free successful decisions followed by a one-time lifetime unlock. App-store purchase and refund handling remains controlled by Apple or Google.
